Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VIPChat mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VIPChat. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information (such as your phone number) when registering.
- You may not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VIPChat to:
- Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
4. Content You Share
You retain ownership of the messages, photos, and voice notes you send. You are solely responsible for the content you share, and you agree it will not violate any law or infringe on anyone else's rights.
5. Free Service
VIPChat is free to download and use. We do not currently charge for access to the App's core features. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, and if we do, they will always be clearly identified before you're charged anything.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users or the service itself. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
VIPChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
