These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VIPChat ("the App"), including messaging, groups and voice and video calls, on Android, iPhone and the web. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VIPChat. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You may only register a phone number that belongs to you. We may text you a code or link to confirm it.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VIPChat to:

Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or harassing content.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Send spam, scams, malware or unsolicited bulk messages.
Break any rules that apply to the person you are contacting or to the networks used to reach them.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

4. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the messages, photos, videos, voice notes and other content you send. You are solely responsible for it, and you agree it will not violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights. You give us the limited permission needed to store and deliver your content to the people you send it to.

5. Groups

Group admins can add and remove members, make other members admins, and change the group's name, photo and description. Any member can leave a group, mute it, or block it so they cannot be added again. Messages you send to a group are visible to all its members.

6. Calls

VIPChat voice and video calls are not a replacement for regular phone service. VIPChat cannot be used to call emergency services (such as 911). Call quality depends on your internet connection, and some contacts cannot receive calls.

7. Free Service and Optional Purchases

VIPChat is free to download and use. Some optional services, such as the VIP Chat One Year Pass, can be purchased separately. The price and what is included are shown before you pay, and purchases are governed by the terms shown at checkout. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users or the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings or at vipchatapp.net/delete-account.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

VIPChat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages or calls will always be delivered or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
